Editorial Policy

How content is written, checked, and updated

IELTS Prep Studio publishes a mix of educational articles, score explainers, localized landing pages, and AI tool pages. This policy explains how those pages are produced and maintained.

Source hierarchy

For official IELTS facts, we prioritize information from the British Council, IDP, and Cambridge Assessment English. For immigration-adjacent pages, we prefer official government or institution sources wherever possible.

When a page includes interpretation, study advice, or product guidance beyond those sources, that content is written as editorial judgment rather than presented as an official rule.

Review standards

  • Each major guide is checked for terminology, scoring logic, and internal link accuracy.
  • Pages tied to target scores, test types, or immigration pathways receive extra factual review.
  • Tool pages are reviewed to ensure the description of the feature matches live product behavior.
  • Content is attributed to the IELTS Prep Studio Expert Team unless a page clearly states another author or reviewer.

Updates and corrections

We review high-intent pages regularly, especially where dates, scoring guidance, or official process details may change. Significant refreshes should include a visible update date on the page.

If you spot an error, outdated claim, or broken source link, please contact us via the details on the contact page so we can review and correct it.
