Refund Policy

IELTS Prep Studio is a trading name of Heena Shaikh, a sole trader. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for credit packs. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. What you buy

Credit packs (1, 5 or 10 credits) pay for AI evaluations on this site. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment succeeds, never expire, and can be used on any tool that asks for them.

2. Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Credits are digital content you can use straight away, so at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want access immediately and that you understand you lose the right to cancel for any credit you use. We only take payment once you have ticked that box.

3. Refunds for unused credits

  • Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the credits in it that you have not used.
  • If you have used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused ones at the price you paid per credit in that pack.
  • Credits you have used are not refundable, except as set out in section 4.
  • After 14 days, unused credits stay in your account and do not expire, but they are not refunded.

4. If something goes wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an evaluation fails, returns no result, or a credit is taken in error, tell us and we will restore the credit or, if that does not put things right, refund it.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@ieltstrainingcamp.com from the email address on your account, with the date of purchase and the pack you bought. We reply within 5 working days. Agreed refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days of our agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
